Patrick Devedjian® is a distinguished rose created by Georges Delbard in tribute to Patrick Devedjian, a respected French statesman whose memory is honoured through this elegant and meaningful variety. Developed at the request of the Hauts-de-Seine department, this rose stands as a symbol of remembrance, culture, and refinement.
Its large, fully double cup-shaped blooms open in a soft cream-apricot shade, gently deepening toward the centre in a subtle play of warm tones. The petals are densely layered and delicately waved, giving the flowers a romantic and timeless character.
The fragrance is intense and graceful, combining the charm of old roses with fresh notes of lily of the valley. Glossy, healthy green foliage highlights the light blooms beautifully, while the plant’s strong natural vigour ensures reliable performance in the garden.
Repeat flowering and generous from May until the first frosts, Patrick Devedjian® is also highly valued for its very good disease resistance and tolerance to dry conditions, making it an excellent choice even for less experienced gardeners.
Reaching 80 to 100 cm in height, it is perfectly suited for borders, flower beds, or standalone planting where its soft colour and perfume can be fully appreciated.
Supplied as strong 1-year-old plants in 5L containers.
